My Philosophy

A Passion for Publicity

Though it may sound hyperbolic, I love Publicity and I have spent my entire career publicizing nonfiction. During my time at Harvard University Press and then at Harvard Education Press, I have had the great joy to work with some of the brightest minds in the world.

I have been lucky enough to work with luminaries such as Amartya Sen, E.O. Wilson, Brian Rosenberg, Leslie Fenwick, Josh Cowen, and Howard Gardner. I relish getting to know authors and delving into what is special about every book.

I've got dexterity when it comes to book/author placements in newspaper, TV, radio, journals, podcasts, and blogs. I've garnered positive publicity for a diverse list of books—both trade and scholarly—in fields including business/economics, education, evolutionary biology, philosophy, history, physics, psychology, and art history.
